Shipping Policy – Saudi Arabia
Last Updated: August 2026
We currently offer shipping to customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Delivery Time
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
-
Estimated delivery time: [5–10 business days]
-
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs clearance, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
-
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated according to the product weight, package size, destination, and shipping method and will be communicated at checkout/order confirmation.
3. Customs, VAT & Import Charges
International shipments entering Saudi Arabia may be subject to customs procedures, VAT, customs-related fees, or other applicable charges.
For personal e-store purchases, Saudi ZATCA states that customs-duty exemption may apply when the total purchase value is below SAR 1,000, including the goods, shipping, and insurance, provided no additional clearance permit is required. However, VAT is not automatically exempt and may still apply.
Any applicable import taxes, customs charges, clearance fees, or government charges that are not included in the order total are the customer's responsibility unless we explicitly state that the shipment is DDP (duties and taxes paid).
4. Customs Clearance
Customers may be contacted by the courier or customs authorities if additional information or documentation is required.
Delays caused by customs inspection, clearance procedures, missing information, or restricted products are outside our control. Saudi import rules require appropriate documentation and permits for certain restricted goods.
5. Prohibited or Restricted Products
We will not knowingly ship products that are prohibited from import into Saudi Arabia. Certain products may require approvals or permits before they can be imported. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order can legally be imported into Saudi Arabia.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number where tracking is available.
Customers can also use the shipment information provided by the courier to monitor delivery progress.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate Saudi delivery address and contact number.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept the shipment, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
8. Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If the package appears damaged, please photograph the package and product and contact us as soon as possible.
9. Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, weather, public holidays, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
